This way, you won't even have to worry about doing the heavy lifting yourself!

Refrigerant removal and disposal

With the fridge removal done, your broken unit will now be brought to an old fridge disposal area. While it may be tempting to stow away the refrigerator at a dump, these appliances can be a bit more tricky. After all, these contain chemicals that can be dangerous if not disposed of correctly. As such, it must be taken to a proper disposal facility not only to comply with local legislation but to help ease the impact on the environment as well.

Fridge dimensions (in packaging): 76 cm (W) x 176 cm (H) x 82 cm (D) Stair measurements: - Rail to wall: 90 cm - Wall to wall: 99 cm - Rail to corner: 125 cm - Corner to corner: 135 cm There is a turn in the stairs, so it may need to be angled or the railing temporarily removed to get it up. If you have experience moving large appliances up tight staircases that would be ideal. Please bring any tools needed if the railing needs to be removed and reattached (see photo of screw type).
