Large broken down double door fridge with bottom draw freezer wirh weeks old rotting food inside. Haier 431L Bottom Mount Refrigerator with Non-Plumbed Water Dispenser Freezer not sealing property - replace / repair

Freezer section in refrigerator has very low cooling.

It is not freezing below -2°C to -3°C. If I turn it off for a day, it works fine initially, but after 1–2 days, the same issue starts occurring again. So it’s like i have to close the fridge in order to use it. When i checked the pipe conned to compressor it has ice built up.
