The regulator on the rear right hand door of my 2010 Ford Mondeo sedan has failed. The motor operates, but the windows does not go up or down. It slides freely. I have removed the door trim. Just need someone to supply and fit a new regulator.

I need someone who is very experienced with servicing Ford's and know all the known issues especially with a heavily modified vehicle. I need the person for approximate 1.5 hrs and need a detailed report and a thorough inspection. This needs to be done during the day tomorrow.
Adam and Camille were fantastic, professional and thorough. They took their time examining the vehicle and pointing out issues and explained everything well. As a RWC inspector Adam was able to articulate exactly what needed to be done to get the RWC. They were also very accommodating, fitting in an inspection with a day's notice and also patient with the seller who changed the location on them at the last second. Highly recommended!

I have a 2008 Falcon EA-FG wagon with 300k on the clock that is not starting. Yesterday I went to start the car and it started making by metallic grinding/banging noise on my second or third time attempt and so stopped and called the RACV. The RACV guy says that it is either: a) The starter motor which can easily be replaced. b) The bendix or ring gear which is a bigger job. I need a mobile mechanic to come out and give me a second opinion. The task is to come and quickly pull out the starter motor and tell me what the actual issue is. If it's just the starter motor then there will be another task to replace it. If it's the bendix or ring gear then another task to fix this is you can. This is a friends car so I will need something in writing like an email or Air Tasker message to conform what's wrong. Just to confirm the task price is to come and quickly pull out the starter motor and tell me what the actual issue is. Thanks
