Looking for someone can assist in removing these Scratches on a ford focus sync 3 screen 2017 model. Scratches are not noticeable when touching, appears to be very fine scratches. Hope they can be buffed out I’m located Wantirna South, car is garaged.

I have an aftermarket Sony head unit installed in my 2007 Ford Mondeo. This has been working for 7 years but recently has had issues. Sometimes the head unit wont turn off when the car is turned off, and sometimes it wont turn on straight away when the car is turned on. Sometimes it doesn't turn on at all. I believe there is some issue with the wiring in the car. This is not an issue with the head unit itself as I have tried replacing it and still got the same issues.
