The motor works, so the switch contacts are the suspect. The side shield panel needs to come off. I have an aftermarket switch, but it seems to be the left-hand-drive mirror. Please check it against the seat. If it doesn't fit, the right part for this car is the RH shield cover assembly 88270-D3510-TRY with the switch inside. A used one is fine.
