A section of the flooring was water damaged and I'd like them replaced. New floorboards, underlay and scotia are supplied. The new floorboards are different in size. Area that needs work is under 2m2. The flooring shop suggested taking out existing floorboards in the wardrobe for the corridor & lay new floorboards in the wardrobe.
