Looking for TWO experienced, reliable flooring installers to lay new flooring in my lounge room and hallway. PLEASE NOTE: Neither the lounge room nor the hallway is particularly large. Both are relatively small areas, so this is NOT a large flooring job. IMPORTANT – ONE DAY COMPLETION REQUIRED The entire job MUST be completed within ONE day, including flooring installation, all finishing work and returning furniture to its original position. Furniture Moving – Important TWO physically capable individuals are required, as furniture will need to be moved before installation and returned to its original position afterwards. There will be NO ONE available to assist with lifting or moving furniture. I’m unsure of the exact measurements, however, I’ve previously had people inspect the areas and advise me of the materials required to complete the job properly. This should give an approximate indication of the size of the areas. Materials required based on previous assessments: * 11 packs of chosen flooring * 9 × Havana Ash concave trims (2.4m) * 8 × Silver transition ramp trims * 3 × QEP 2mm silver underlay (11m² each) * 2 × Packs of Paslode 40mm bullet head nails ALL MATERIALS WILL BE SUPPLIED AND READY TO GO. Total area is roughly 60m²: • Downstairs living/dining • Upstairs landing • 15 stairs Most of it is carpet at the moment, sitting over timber floorboards.
