Cut and lay laminated floor boards in small caravan.

I’m looking to sell my house and have some floating floorboards I need installed. It’s a tiny area. I will have the boards that were done in the rest of the house but they may need cutting to fit. See images. I’ve included packaging of the boards brand. $5 price is me wondering cost and if it is worth doing. Currently have Lino there but easy to pull up and there’s concrete underneath that was laid down about 4 years ago (not sure how even it is but it looks even).

The planks are easy to install, they just have to be cut to size. Floor boards and underlay are at the house ready to go!
