I’m looking to sell my house and have some floating floorboards I need installed. It’s a tiny area. I will have the boards that were done in the rest of the house but they may need cutting to fit. See images. I’ve included packaging of the boards brand. $5 price is me wondering cost and if it is worth doing. Currently have Lino there but easy to pull up and there’s concrete underneath that was laid down about 4 years ago (not sure how even it is but it looks even).

I have laminate floor boards left over from a job and I have a bedroom which needs flooring at the moment. Bedroom Is roughly 2.5 x 2.5. Very small! The planks are easy to install, they just have to be cut to size. Floor boards and underlay are at the house ready to go! I don’t imagine it would Take more than 2 hours for someone who knows what they are doing.
