We have had to repair a shower leak in a wall in the room adjacent to the bathroom. The carpet in the corner has been pulled up to dry out. It needs re-laying. The smoothedge nail strip was removed too so need 2 lengths. Carpet is in good condition, only 12 months old.

Fernando was dedicated to the task and stayed back late to complete our job- even doing some plastering as a favour which was not listed in the job description. He was able to trouble shoot and achieve a fine result for us. He's a pleasant and kind gentleman. We highly recommend Fernando.
