Find an experienced flooring expert in Bexley

I have a 1960s unit with floating laminate floors (around 35sqm) which I would like to remove. I then need the floored prepped / levelled for new flooring (no installation needed) there feels like some of the subfloor boards might need replacing, so I'm imagining half day for removal with myself and 1 other (I will then clean up and I can go get any materials needed for prep) then the next day prepping the floors to be ready for new flooring (installation not required) Looking for a helpful floor layer who would like a weekend cash job :)

Hi there, I live in a double storey house, and upstairs has timber floor boards and so do the stairs. I would like someone to apply polish to them, I don’t need them to be sanded or anything. Just apply the polish. - Due date: Flexible

Flake Epoxy resin plus top coats for vet clinic 134sqm. Needs to be resistant to foot traffic, should etc. Floor prep already done. Preferable to do asap.
