I require to restump a wall. To do so a strip of flooring will need to come up to access the underfloor. The flooring is 12mm woodboards placed on fibre board. A strip of 1m x 7m needs to come up including the fibre board and jarrah boards to allow access to the underfloor. Once the house is restumped this section needs to be reinstated. There is spare floor boards but would expect to reinstate the existing where possible. The job will be done in two parts, the removal and then the reinstate and should be within a few days of each other.
