Remove and dispose the existing laminate floor boards. Lay new underlay and engineered wood floor boards. There are skirtings that don’t need replacing, but a bit of quarter rounds requires around the kitchen cupboards and two doors where it meets tiles. Floorboards are preventing removal of dishwasher.
