Recently had carpet removed from 2 bedrooms Need floorboards sanded and polished to match other floorboards in house Main bedroom - floorboards in very good condition (see 1st photo) Second bedroom - 2 areas where cement needs to be removed and floorboards replaced there. Priority is to have main bedroom complete. But hoping someone has experience with removing cement and replacing floorboards before sanding and polishing. Looking for someone with experience in sanding and polishing floorboards Happy to negotiate price based on work required

1 bedroom, hallway and living area to be sanded. Carpet will be removed prior with wooden floors premopped. Floor boards look in good condition and clean. But some patches of glue from the carpet underlay.

Currently have Lino there but easy to pull up and there’s concrete underneath that was laid down about 4 years ago (not sure how even it is but it looks even).
