Stain wooden floor boards dark brown (currently raw wood)

We have 24sm of floorboards that need standing ready to seal. It’s an entrance way and a bedroom. The areas will be cleared of course and prepped (e.g. nails nailed down etc)

It appears when a renovation was done to the house prior to I purchasing it, new flooring was laid but in one section they haven’t allowed enough for expansion. The flooring has lifted, I think it needs to be removed, made smaller perhaps and then relaid

A couple of floorboards are squeaking, tried graphite with no joy

Looking for someone to lay floorboards in a small area that is an extension of our kitchen area. The are is outlined in green in the photos. We can source the floor boards - they aren’t quite the exact size as we can’t match the original. Most of the tongue and grooves from sourced floor boards will be ok but may need some puttying.

I need a floor board replaced and I have spare ones. To get to it will need to remove a piece of skirting board and take out 3 floor board to get to the damaged one. Replace with a new one and then put the other three back in place. Then put skirting board back and do paint touch up if needed
