Lightly sand and polish (water based) blackbutt floors in single level kitchen and living area. Approximately 25-30 m square. Tenants moving out on 11/3. Need it completed by the 17/3

I am having my carpet replaced and | am seeking someone to come the day before the new carpet is installed and screw down the floor boards in about 5 squeaky areas (the carpet installer can’t do this).

Floor board few gaps need fixing

Remove carpet from study and replace with floorboards. Add appropriate join between floorboards and tiles in hallway. Finish edge between floorboards and skirting boards appropriately.

We have a small bit of wood that has broken off next to carpet that needs repairing

I have two small decks and want the lower areas where the posts are to be covered with blue board so you can look underneath and also the posts sitting in the metal feet into the ground need to be screwed into the posts about 12. i have the screws

I need a person/s to crawl under the house and hammer in wedges between the floorboards and posts holding them up. I have a heap of wedges. Person/s needs a nail gun to also nail floorboards at certain areas. I think the job would only take between 1-2 hours. Would prefer person/s who have done this before. Entrance to crawl space is 40cm H x 65 cm W. Actual crawl space is about 70 cm H and you shouldn’t need to crawl more than 4 metres in length (which is the length of the lounge room). Please see photos. Photos of the floorboards are marked with crosses where they squeak (please zoom photos out to see crosses). I will be in attendance and can help with a torch from above. Ideally would like this work done this weekend, 8 or 9 Nov, or Mon 10 or Wednesday 11 Nov.

Hi, I have some scratches on a metre by metre squared area and need to get it fixed please.

Look for professional wooden floor installer to: (1) replace floor boards affected by once leaking shower, to match with existing timber boards; and varnish/coat to resemble remaining floor; and (2) replace section of skirting affected by prior water damage. (I will paint after Install)

Pulled up carpet and there is a 2m*2m of damaged floor boards which need replacing

The laminate on some of our kitchen cupboards has come off. I've patched it before using pieces of laminate taken from behind the microwave to ensure the same colour and pattern. However, the patching has come off again. There is still some laminate behind the microwave which can be taken and then re-stuck on to the missing places. There are about 6 places that need to be patched. The patching should be sturdy and long-lasting. See photos below of two places with laminate missing. We don't want to relaminate the whole kitchen.

I bought all the skirting boards needed (approx 100 meters), but need someone to cut them and install them along the walls of a 4 bedroom house.

I need 1 or 2 people to pull up carpet from a 2 bdr townhouse (approx. 50 sqm) including removing smooth board (strip of wood at edge of carpet which is nailed to the floor and sits next to the wall). The smooth board has a number of nails facing upwards which holds the carpet in place. The smooth board is nailed to the wooden floorboards at approximately every 10 centimetres and will need to be pulled up. The carpet and smooth board needs to be disposed of. I estimate it would take 1 person 4-5 hours work and then 1hour to remove carpet from house and deliver to tip.
