Water leak under engineered floor - now fixed. Need to replace damaged floorboard (installed on top of a concrete slab). Have spare boards. I tried fixing with glue but it didn't work!

Tradie required to lay the floor boards. 3 small basement rooms total 26 squares area.

I recently had timber floorboards installed in my apartment and the workmanship is poor, with approximately 20 noticeable gaps left between boards throughout the floor. Deep scratches and some chips in the floor board from moving furniture. We tried to sand it back but it didn’t work. would need a sand and polish to match the rest of the floor. ASAP as we are renting

I recently removed my carpet and installed vinyl floor boards. I was going to install skirting boards to fill the gaps. Looking for a quote to remove a 7m x 5m area of old carpet and replace with laminate floorboards like the photo attached. I can provide all materials needed or pay for them to be collected, Bunnings would be fine. The area is hexagon in shape so some cutting of boards would be required. Happy to pay cash.
