Looking for an experienced professional to sand and polish timber floorboards in the following areas: 1x Bathroom Kitchen 3x Bedrooms Sunroom (including removal of carpet) Important Notes: The house is empty, so no furniture needs to be moved (only fridge and dryer which is still boxed up and can be easily moved) Must have experience with timber floor sanding and polishing. Must provide own tools and equipment (including sander, polisher, and safety gear). Experience working with older floors and edge work is preferred. We are removing old carpet to expose our hardwood floors and looking to get them sanded and polished. Three rooms approx 2.5 x3m each and a hallway approx 3m x.07m

We had a contractor come and sanding and tint some hooped pine floors but the tint is patchy and it needs alight sand and another coat of feason and Watson tint proof in brown Japan. 53m2. Timber is hooped pine. Need it done asap as we have moved out the house temporarily to have this done
