I’m in Kenmore but I can travel to a park near you. It has to be between 1-3 weekdays only as I work. Give me quote and we can go from there. Must have experience with osteoporosis bone disease. (There are exercises I CAN NOT do).

I weigh 148kg, I weighed 90kg in 2023 and was ripped. I can’t control what I eat now but bench 100kg x 10 and row 110kg x 10.
