Looking for a professional or experienced fitness trainer for personal 1:1 sessions only for a period of weeks (1-3months) meeting in Camperdown/Newtown area of Sydney. I'm 36yrs old and lean but untoned (stopped going to the gym a few years back after slight back and arm injury -although nothing major) and need someone motivated and encouraging who is experienced in helping guys who struggle with muscle build and stamina.
