I started my fitness journey few months back and I have had injuries in the past. So I am looking for short term supervised training. Over 2 weeks I am looking for around 6-7 sessions every alternate days at my hotel gym in Martin Place.
Suraj is a very nice trainer with mild demeanour and knows what he is doing. He focuses on form and quality and does not rush you to do your reps. His stretching technique is good and can be done easily on your own. Overall very satisfied.
