Looking for assistance with installing a heavy duty boxing bag mount in our garage gym and a few support hooks to the ceiling (for TRX etc). Will also require advice on where to put the mount to minimise noise and vibration through walls (option of cement beam or brick wall). Should be a straight forward job.
