When lifted, the subfloor underneath appears damaged or has collapsed, creating a soft and unstable section. This is a high-traffic, load-bearing area used for squats and heavy lifting. At this stage, we are seeking a practical, short-term solution to stabilise and level the area so it is safe to use, rather than a full replacement or long-term renovation. We are looking for a reliable and experienced handyman/maintenance contractor to assist with ongoing maintenance at our busy 24/7 gym in St Marys, with some occasional work outside the gym when required.
