Find an experienced fireplace installation professional in East Melbourne

We are looking for quotes to have someone come and build a fireplace housing unit (almost like a divider wall) and install a gas peninsula fireplace. This job would involve dealing with the gas piping (we have a gas stove and gas water heater a few metres away), any electrical wiring (there is a light switch panel super close by), building the divider wall/ fireplace housing unit, and installing the gas fireplace (needs to be up to code and safety rules). I have included an image of something very similar to what we were thinking of, and a picture of the room with notes on where we want it to go and where the gass and electrical elements are.

The gas fireplace with remote does not work after a breakdown possibly fuse issue

The painting needs to hang from a single point in a brick/plaster wall above a fireplace. The mirror needs to rest on the mantelpiece of another fireplace and be fixed to the wall on each top corner. It will need two small metal fixing points added to the top corners to be used to screw onto the wall ( the wall will have to be plugged first).

I need to fit and place a suitable fireplace tile underneath my existing fireplace as I am planning to change my floor tiles to floorboards and was advice to fit a suitably sized tile for the fireplace. This means the flume duct might need adjustments. I need someone to supply and install the tile and make the adjustments.
