I’m looking for an experienced fencer to complete approximately 11 lineal metres of fencing at my property. Scope of Works: * Install a 2.1m high Colorbond fence using the Metzag profile in Surfmist. * Construct a retaining wall beneath the fence using four 50mm thick timber sleepers. * Secure the sleepers using galvanised steel retaining wall posts/beams as required. * Install the Colorbond sheets, posts, rails and all necessary fixings to complete the fence professionally. Materials: I already have 6 sheets of Surfmist Metzag Colorbond fencing on site, which are to be used for the job. Please specify in your offer whether you can supply the remaining materials, including posts, rails, sleepers, galvanised steel beams and fixings. Additional Information: * Total fence length: approximately 11 lineal metres. * Fence height: 2.1m. * Good site access. * This is a partially outstanding job. The original fencer was contracted to complete the work but has had to relocate to Victoria, so I’m looking for someone to take over and finish it off. I’m after someone experienced, reliable and able to complete the job to a good standard, with the work properly aligned, secured and finished. Looking for an experienced fencing installer to install aluminium fence posts only. Fence panels and gates will be installed separately later. The fencing system is pre-manufactured and DIY-friendly. Posts are already supplied pre-cut to the required sizes, so no general cutting is required. Only a few posts may need minor trimming on site due to the slope/fall of the land to achieve the correct finished height. Work required: * Accurately measure and set out fence/post positions and boundaries. * Maintain exact spacing so the supplied fence panels and gates fit correctly later. * Dig approximately 23 post holes – 600mm deep. * Install and concrete aluminium posts. * 3 additional posts require drilling/fixing into existing concrete. * Ensure all posts are straight, plumb, correctly spaced and aligned. * Minor trimming of a few posts if required due to changing ground levels. * Clean up after completion. Supply and install: I need to raise 6 off panels (2.4m x 1.8m colorbond) to be compliant to Penrith council requirement as some of it falls in the pool area, 2 off panels are damaged and will need replacement. Concrete plinths also needs to be installed under these fences to achieve compliance height and make it more durable. There is planter bed in the pool area, if required this can be removed by myself prior to your arrival. Access: Can be organised between property and adjoining neighbour's property as well.
