Finish & Weatherproofing Fixings: Use corrosion-resistant screws, bolts and clips suitable for outdoor use. One of the colorbond fence posts need replaced. Post and old concrete need removed. Then a new shale grey fence post needs put in with new concrete. Also need side green fence temporarily fixed as the pressure of a tree has popped one of the panels out. Home is occupied by a tenant. The colourbond fence posts are attached to the timber retaining wall. Steel stiffners need to be added to each attachment point, to prevent fence movement.

Fence post on colourbond has rusted through. Need old concrete footing removed, new post installed and cemented in

27.4 meters long, level block. Refer to photos, to be installed on top of sleeper-retainer. Oxworks colorbond sets 3180 long /9 sets. All materials supplied, you'll just need tools, string/level, post digging solution etc. Posts will be dug next to sleeper (wood) retaining wall, posts can be propped/bracketed off the retainer plus fill around post with concrete (readymix). A couple of branches will need to be trimmed, we'll take care of that once fence is down. WE WILL REMOVE FENCE, you just supply labor/tools/knowhow :)

The fence posts are moving and the screws used have wound out. I need someone to come out and ensure the posts are fixed properly so the screws dont come out or bolts are used.

Existing colour bond fence falling and shaking need to stabilise Contractor did not bolt the posts down. It was a timber fence before and the neighbor has tiled for the swim pool. I think you need to pour concrete and dyna bolt it with a longer bolt to hold the post firmly.

Colour bond fence panels have become unstable due to recent winds due to rusting of the joining posts at the base near concrete fixing. Require new post installation to secure panels. Will require person to supply materials of possible.
