Change existing single fixed fence panel to an opening lockable gate

Hi there, Thanks for your interest in my task. I am looking for a handyman or fencer to come out and replace two broken fence posts. These have rusted and snapped off at the bottom. Please replace them like-for-like in galvanized steel. You would need to provide everything to complete the job, including four new posts (as you need left and right sides for both lots of posts which are screwed together to make each), digging tools, and quick-set concrete to set them. Remove and refit panels ect. Also, the bottom rail needs to be replaced as it has rusted through on the left in the photo. The photos only shows one of the posts that needs replacing. The second post is further down and exactly the same as the first. I am flexible with the installation day and time. The job is located in Ingleburn, NSW. I have got colourbond fence and gate (approx 6m) that I have dismantled on my own. Need it installed at a different place in the property (as indicated in the picture). Job includes digging the ground and erecting the fence, attaching it to existing fence line.
