3 Fence posts are wobbly. In concrete, concrete still solid and stable. Looks like the posts have rotted. Two of the three posts hold up the gate, so the gate is not set straight. Need someone to help stabilise the fence posts and reset the gate. Gate is steel frame, timber palings. Quote required to replace back fence that we share with our neighbour. It is currently a wooden fence and we would like the new one to be wooden also. A retaining wall of sorts is required underneath, so the fence rests on top of it. This can be explained properly on inspection. Our neighbour has a pool so we need to ensure the new fence is compliant with pool rules/laws. Ideally all materials are removed at the time of building the new fence but can discuss cost for this.
