The fence is only about 1100mm high on located in the front yard within about 5 metres from the driveway where your vehicle can be parked for unrestricted access. It is essential that whoever does the job has the proper tensioning equipment as the neighbour has a dog that can currently escape from there (dog is currently not on the property until the fence is fixed).
