I am after an installation of an aluminium privacy fence along one side of the perimeter of my ground floor apartment. The fencing covers about 5 to 6 metres and needs to be installed on the concrete of the building. Hi everyone! I'm after a basic wooden fence for the communal garden property. The plan is to create a safe area for our resident to plant and garden herbs. Lapped and capped fence is rotting and needs replacement. Approx 30m. There is a privacy screen of merbau wood above the lapped and capped fence which has a lean caused by a retaining wall that has bowed underneath it (maybe 15 m long). Retaining wall needs fixing and the privacy screen needs to be taken down and reinstalled once the retaining wall is fixed.

Some minor work to get a pool ready for reinspection 1. Increase the height of part of the pool barrier to be more than 1210mm from highest point on ground. See the first photo for the problem point, measure from some higher ground. Looking to save cost, so can use timber block if that is easier. I think this is a case of putting a 450mm+ treated wooden post along the side for about a meter or so and securing it to the metal so it cannot be knocked off. 2. Cut down any trees and stumps within 500mm of the boundary fence. Rubbish can be put into our green bins or left at the property on the veggie patch. 3. Adjust the timber to have no projections of greater than 10mm. Can talk about how to do this, but I think the easiest way is to move the vertical posts to be in line with the top of the fence, and for the horizontal one (which is covering a gap) fix plywood to it to cover the hold, or put a 60 degree angle piece on top. Would accept an hourly rate and rough estimate of hours (plus materials extra), or a fixed price. Can come today or tomorrow. I am trying to get a reinspection for Tuesday.

We need someone who can measure, purchase and install two side gates to our property in Lane Cove. EDITED TO ADD: The side gates will be on the left and right sides, towards the front of the house. One side is 90cm. The other is 150cm and we would prefer the gates to be aluminium, vertical slats in a dark grey colour. - Due date: Flexible
