Replace Laserlite sheets: 16 sqm approx. I’ll need someone with a ute to help pick up materials from Bunnings. There are a few additional tasks as well, but I can’t fully gauge the scope at this stage, so an hourly rate would likely work best. Timing: Fence work needs to start this weekend; the rest is flexible. You need to have a ute to help me purchase and bring supplies from Bunnings tomorrow morning or weekend. I am after an installation of an aluminium privacy fence along one side of the perimeter of my ground floor apartment. The fencing covers about 5 to 6 metres and needs to be installed on the concrete of the building. The photos are from the fencing of the other side of the apartment and I would like the type of fencing to match. Strata approval for the job is required.

My current front stairs rails need to be replaced (2 x Posts, Balusters, Bottom rails and Handrails); the bottom of the rails has rotted through.
