Hello. I require someone to attend at our residential property and replace the existing wooden fence. The fence is about 38 metres in length. It borders a park (i.e. half is Council). I would like please for the plinths, rails and palings to be treated pine. HOWEVER, with galvanised metal posts (see attached), stabilised 600-700mm into ground with 20-30kg concrete Kindly note that due to this being a shared fence with council, I will be requiring a tax invoice - so I can claim from them half the cost. Also, removal of the old wooden fence shall also be required. I understand that a park crossing permit will be required.
