Fence is shared with a strata title next door / rear. The wooden fence (poor quality build) needs to be replaced. It has needed repair and I have had to organize it and have metal posts concreted in on my side. I want the fence and repairing metal posts removed and a replacement colour bond fence installed. I have raised this with the strata manager and the resident chair. They have agreed but want to have the fence on their other side replaced to match (matter for them not me).

The garden side gate has broken off from the supports completely. It is set metal posts and has a metal frame. The wood that it is attached to the posts is rotten and at a minimum needs to be replaced. However i think the wooden gate is heavy and that made if pull from the metal post.
