House at Melton Task 1: • There's a section of colourbond fence and a double gate at the front of the house, a picture shows how it was before the damage (highlighted in yellow). • The other 2 pictures show that the gate has sustained damage after the storm, seems like the frame of the left gate (where the lock is at) has torn off from the main frame and gate panel. • Would be the best if the broken frame can be welded back. Also needs advices on how to prevent further storm damage (like drilling holes on the gate to reduce wind resistance). Task 2: • The edge of the pergola roof above the kitchen window seems to have suffered from water damage, a chunk of the beam has broken off, exposing the screws that should be holding the roof panel to the beam. • Prefer to patch up the broken beam so that the roof panels can be held down again, without major rework.

Had temporary fence until construction starts but old fence coming off. Need someone to fix it temporarily until we put actual fence up.

Install pedestrian access gate similar to large gate but much smaller and Install timber supports in concrete to stabilise fence. Also fix other unstable fences around the property that have become loose at the concrete footing and rotting timber although the fence is in good condition the upright supports have became weak
