The fence is currently tilting toward the neighbor's property and needs to be straightened and secured. Scope of Work: Straighten & Align: Return the leaning section of the fence to a vertical position. Reinforce Posts: Dig out/clear existing post holes(if needed) and pour new concrete to stabilize the main posts. Support Beams: Install wooden support beams/braces on the neighbor’s side to provide long-term stability. General Assessment: Check nearby panels for loose nails or structural weakness and tighten as needed. Requirements: Experience with basic carpentry or fence repair. Must provide your own tools (post-hole digger, level, drill, etc.). Ability to source and transport materials (concrete mix and lumber)—costs for materials will be reimbursed with receipts. The fence gate post was screwed against a hebel wall. The screw is now very loose that I can remove the post so easily. Would like to get help on fixing the gate post more securely whether screwed on the hebel wall and if not preferred/recommended, dig deeper on the ground. - Due date: Flexible
