Tops of the fence are cracked. Fence consists of vertical panels with two horizontal cross beams. In the third courtyard, several panels are rotted Fence is secured to a steel framework gate. 8 year old timber paling fence has one post badly leaning over pulling fence with it. Issue caused by poor soil, needs longer deeper post installed in more concrete and fence rectified to as straight as possible.
