My front gate is not closing properly. I think that there is something wrong with the top hinge. The gate is heavy and I think it has pulled the top hinge out of alignment.

Seeking a licensed fencer to repair a timber paling boundary fence that is leaning significantly and at risk of imminent collapse. What's visible: The fence runs along the full side and rear boundary. It is leaning noticeably outward along its entire length, indicating post and/or footing failure at multiple points. Note that at the current stage, we are looking for a cost-effective repair. Replacement is not preferred (unless cost effective), and are aiming to ensure that the fence does not collapse. It's been windy and it looks like the fence has come free thanks to not being that well attached in the first place I think. Hopefully no replacements are necessary. Job is to just reattach it to the existing fence post properly so it doesn't come free again.
