Side Gate – The gate cannot be locked due to a misaligned latch/gate. Another wooden gate, adjustment needed.

Fence is in need of repair. A couple panels need replacing and a top rail needs reinforcing. The posts need some form of L brackets attached bolted into concrete ground. Back gate needs hinge lifting and a new deadbolt attached.

Repair to make functional and secure. The corrugated iron sheets and posts are bent, misaligned, and unstable. OR FULL replacement. I am seeking someone with experience in gate and fence repairs to: • Realign and secure the existing gates so they open and close properly. • Reinforce or replace damaged sections if necessary. • Ensure the gates are safe, sturdy, and lockable. Requirements: • Experience with corrugated iron / timber fencing and gate repairs. • All tools provided by you. • Materials may need to be sourced (to be discussed).

Our garden bed fencing has expanded in the direction of our gate. We need someone with a small sander or jigsaw that can fit between the fence and garden bed for a quick fix. The office is open today until 4:30pm so we'd appreciate the task being completed before this evening. Alleyway access, should be an easy 10 min job and doesn't have to look pretty.

First task is to repair the gate shown in the pictures. The gate is 80cm wide and the total distance between the walls it sits between is 190cm. As shown in the second image it doesn't fully close at the moment, so the task is to rehang it so that it closes properly. The second task is to supply and install a colourbond fence panel across the same passageway, about 6m away from the gate. The new fence panel(s) will need to be 175cm wide and standard colourbond fence height. On one side it will attach to the brick wall shown and on the other side can be concreted into the ground.

Our fake plant wall has fallen down. We would like this back up (and a bit more secured)

Side fence is wobbly. Needs re securing. Side gate probably needs replacing. Not attached to the fence.

Our front gate has somehow moved slightly out of alignment at an angle and now the top corner is rubbing directly against the fence whenever we close/ open it and it’s very sticky. Have not been able to remove the screws for the top hinge. Need help fixing the door hinge.

Rotten structural timber beam needing to be replaced over a pedestrian walkway. Moa, council permits will all be in place. Need to provide adequate barricade before works commence for public protection.

There are 2 pickets that have fallen off the front gate and need replacing and the handle needs to be screwed back on. Also fixing part of the bamboo fence that is coming apart.

Need gaps fixed in backyard fence to secure property so our pet doesn’t get out, tradesmen will need to bring their own tools and materials to fix the gap

Replace 5x rotted fence pickets Plus Fence post capital has come off, so either need both removed and 2 new ones added, or need to find a matching one. Painting not required. Please confirm if quote includes or excludes timber/supplies.
