Old back iron fence facing rear laneway, needs repair and stabilization to last at least 2 years. Carpenter or Handyman required to repair 2 x verandah posts They have rot at the base of each post. The bottom sections of the posts were cut and replaced approximately 10 years ago and need similar treatment again. We will supply jacks and props required to support the verandah for the job. The task includes replacing the bottom section of two of the posts using timber with a similar profile and dimensions to replace the existing rotted sections.
