Find a fence installation professional in Dianella

Would like to have a pool fence installed in this area. Minimum regulation from city of Stirling website is 1.2m high which is what we would like. Brick wall is 900mm so fence would need to step up on to this to complete the required 1.2m height. Total width is 6.1m. Just want something safe and simple, our budget is rather tight as we're doing a lot of reno's currently. I can get a fence kit for roughly $600 however it doesn't include the stepping up on the bricks. I was thinking if it was possible to have a longer panel of fencing and cut to size to include the stepping up and then weld on to the end fence post and fixing to a bracket on the concrete block wall? ** Red scribble Fencing isn't my forte but was playing around with what could work. See my crude drawings OR could we use a rustic panel on the other brick wall to cover that 900mm gap ** yellow/black scribble. Basically someone to come dig the holes for the posts, let me know how much concrete you need for the job, install panels to 1.2m etc. Photos attached. Thanks

I already have the hardware (hinges & latches), which also need to be installed. Require proof you've done this sort of thing before.

Supply and installation of a white, wooden picket fence ~25m to contain our front yard as a courtyard on our corner block. Image attached shows rough measurements and placement of 2x gates.
