Patch cracks first and paint two exterior walls of a unit, 1) one is directly outside the unit on the first floor and whitish in colour and 2) second one is the balcony wall greyish in colour. I have highlighted the cracks on the two walls by circling them. The job has to be done today or tomorrow early morning as have an open house in the afternoon. It currently occupied by tenants and will need to set up a time for today or tom morning to patch and paint the two walls

Painting the exterior of a 3 bedroom double storey home and the ceiling of a bathroom

We are doing renos and having all our windows replaced, but there are a few windows that we can’t replace because we’ve previously put shutters on the inside. We’d like to repaint these windows to match our new black frames, add fly screens as well, and fix any of the cracked seals. First 3 photos are the windows we want painted, the 4th photo is one of the new windows we’ve had put in for reference. Repaint a weather board wall in dulux weathershield monument colour.

The fascia and gutters of the house need to be painted white to match the trim of the windows. There is also one tricky side of the house above the garage that we couldn't reach on our own. It will require the roof sheets to be unscrewed and removed and then put back after the job. It is quite high, just a tricky spot. Will require a tall ladder.
