Would like the outside of my house painted.

I am looking for an experienced painter to paint a wardrobe, approximately 2.6m wide x 2.6m high x 70cm deep. Ideally I’d like to do the externals and interior. It’s made from timber, currently m painted externally/ laminated internally, and I’d like a modern finish in grey style paint. As the title suggests, I need the exterior of a commercial building repainted. Paint will be supplied, your job is to repaint all green areas to the new chosen colour, ensuring a high quality, professional finish. In addition, the fibro ceiling on the exterior eaves also needs attention. The existing paint is flaking and peeling in most areas, so surface preparation (including sanding, patching and priming) is required before repainting. I’m not just after someone to slap paint on the wall, I’m looking for someone experienced, who knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. The job also includes painting the upper wall section, which will require getting onto the roof. Please note: As the area has regular foot traffic and active tenants, you’ll need to plan the prep work carefully, especially sanding, to avoid disruption to tenants, customers and the local community. Repaint a weather board wall in dulux weathershield monument colour.

The fascia and gutters of the house need to be painted white to match the trim of the windows. There is also one tricky side of the house above the garage that we couldn't reach on our own. It will require the roof sheets to be unscrewed and removed and then put back after the job. It is quite high, just a tricky spot. Will require a tall ladder. I have had the back wooden door of my garage bricked. It needs an acid wash and gurney .

I have a small area under my outdoor balcony which needs to be fixed. There was a leak through the grouting in the balcony which has been fixed (re-grouted). I now need to fix the holes (see photos) and re-paint to nearest match. Height is 3-3.5m.

We've removed some old timber from a wall, just under the roof line, and so we now need the area patched and rendered smooth to match the rest of the wall. The total area to do is roughly 3m x 20cm.
