I’ve just brought a house and won’t get the keys till mid August. I don’t think it’s ever been painted before from the outside, windows need painting, facia, eaves, soffits. Veranda soffits and poles. Outside laundry and toilet. Everything outside which is wood needs paints. Inside needs ceilings and walls and some filler in cracked areas. 3 bedroom house, two bathrooms, one lounge, dining area and sunroom.

Paint front of terrace house in Bondi Junction. It’s just been pressure washed. Roof, parapet and top of awning has been painted. Prep- Needs a little bit of scraping and filling in. (Photos) Old veranda awning has some rust holes and they need to be patched somehow and painted on the underside. (Photos) Crack to be patched on front facing boundary wall.
