Looking for an experienced painter to paint the upper gable of our Victorian terrace. The job: * Prepare and paint the rendered upper gable * Paint the gable window frame * Gable colour: Dulux Dieskau * Window frame/trim: Dulux Monument * Some minor preparation/sanding may be required * Paint supplied or happy to discuss Important: The gable is at height, so you must have appropriate experience and safe access equipment for the job. I am looking for an qualified painting company or senior painter who specialises in exterior painting and surface preparation to inspect a rendered/external wall at a property in Beaconsfield, Sydney. I have already had one painter inspect the wall informally, and they raised concerns that the failure may be related to incorrect surface preparation, unsuitable primer, or the wrong paint/coating system being used previously. I now need an independent professional assessment that I can provide to the strata committee. The job will involve: 1. Attending the property and inspecting the affected wall. 2. Assessing the likely cause of the paint failure. 3. Commenting on whether the failure appears consistent with: inadequate surface preparation; incorrect or missing primer/sealer; incompatible paint products; moisture or substrate issues; normal ageing/weathering; or another identifiable cause. 4. Explaining what preparation and paint system should normally have been used for this type of exterior surface. 5. Providing an opinion on whether the previous painting work appears to have contributed to the current deterioration. 6. Providing a recommended repair method and approximate scope of works. Most importantly, I require a short written professional report of approximately 1–2 pages after the inspection. The report should include: your business/company details; relevant experience/qualifications; date of inspection; observations; likely cause of the paint failure; recommended rectification method; photos if appropriate; and your professional opinion regarding whether inadequate preparation, primer or previous painting work contributed to the issue. The report may be provided to the strata committee and potentially used as supporting documentation in a strata dispute, so I am looking for someone experienced who is comfortable putting their professional assessment in writing.

Painting of 4 timber arches, nail holes filled and sanded. Arches painted both sides with 2 coats of Dulux exterior 1/4 lexicon paint. Also the 2 small vertical posts that are in the garden bed, in first pic on either side of 2 of the arches needs painting too. Paint and filler provided. You'll need your own brushes and dust sheets. Would love this done asap, Mon, Tues or Frid of this coming week or the week after.

Paint front of terrace house in Bondi Junction. It’s just been pressure washed. Roof, parapet and top of awning has been painted. Prep- Needs a little bit of scraping and filling in. (Photos) Old veranda awning has some rust holes and they need to be patched somehow and painted on the underside. (Photos) Crack to be patched on front facing boundary wall. Front door and grille in black. French doors and windows and grilles in white. ( these have some bubbling paint that needs to be scraped back. ) 2 coats of dulux weather shield Surfmist. Hi, I need someone to chip away all broken render and paint that wall + perpendicular wall in a cream white colour using exterior paint. I understand that after chipping away the render it’ll look patchy on the smaller wall, but that’s fine as it’ll be covered by plants. Exterior primer and paint to be supplied by you.
