I need Painting Done, exterior and Interior of my home. Exterior, ground floor, 36 m2, Paint James Hardie Linea cladding plus window and door trim. Interior, ground floor, sand, peel and paint lounge room and hall way. 3.2 meter high, touch up with cement & plaster, sand, under coast and two top coats. Must be willing to move lounge room furniture as well.

Apply 2 coats of good quality external low sheen acrylic paint to external rendered masonry wall. The wall has been previously painted only in the last 12 months so it is in good condition and only needs the top coat applied - no undercoat required but a scuff up with sandpaper on the top timber barge board where it adjoins the roof maybe necessary to ensure paint adheres. Also you may have to clean off the odd bit of dirt that may have accumulated over the last 12 months but this should be minimal. The only reason I am painting is to change the colour. It is white and the new colour will be a mid grey tone (to be decided). The Wall is approx 16m in length overall. Height varies from 3.4m to 6m in the highest parts with some lower heights as well. I can provide the paint. Access is good and the ground is all level paved but broken up with short runs of stairs. Inspection welcome before quoting.

Painting of 4 timber arches, nail holes filled and sanded. Arches painted both sides with 2 coats of Dulux exterior 1/4 lexicon paint. Also the 2 small vertical posts that are in the garden bed, in first pic on either side of 2 of the arches needs painting too. Paint and filler provided. You'll need your own brushes and dust sheets. Would love this done asap, Mon, Tues or Frid of this coming week or the week after.

Paint front of terrace house in Bondi Junction. It’s just been pressure washed. Roof, parapet and top of awning has been painted. Prep- Needs a little bit of scraping and filling in. (Photos) Old veranda awning has some rust holes and they need to be patched somehow and painted on the underside. (Photos) Crack to be patched on front facing boundary wall. Front door and grille in black. French doors and windows and grilles in white. ( these have some bubbling paint that needs to be scraped back. ) 2 coats of dulux weather shield Surfmist. Hi, I need someone to chip away all broken render and paint that wall + perpendicular wall in a cream white colour using exterior paint.
