Ceiling paint peeling (there was a leak previously; fixed). Probably needs stripping back and sorting before painting. Coving coming away, needs to be sorted. Fan blades rusty; needs sanding + painting. Ceiling + coving needs painting.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint the exterior of my 2-level house, plus a small lower 3rd-level area. Scope of work: • Paint all external timber windows and doors in enamel • Paint all external walls and soffits in acrylic • Prepare surfaces, including sanding/filling where required • Provide a neat, professional finish I will supply all paint and materials – this is labour only. Preferably looking for one experienced painter to complete the entire job rather than multiple painters. I’m looking to keep the cost-effective, so please provide your best labour-only price for the complete job. Photos of the house are included in the listing. Need this wall painted above the red line. We will supply the paint. Will need to be double coat. Opportunity for more jobs if this one goes well. The electricals need to be considered. I managed to do it when I painted it the first time (wrong colour) and it just required a bit of care. I did brush up against the electrical and there were no issues and I also just used some linen to ensure safety.

We have 2x tiny houses that require: - Entire cabin painted - exterior only - Stairs painted - Wooden skirting at the base oiled We have a product list for paint and oil, both items can be picked up at Bunnings. The cabins are available to be painted between the 24th and 30th of August. There is also a load of woodchip being delivered which we are looking for someone to help spread around the cabin. If you would like to do this as well please let us know, otherwise we can find another set of hands. Painting of 4 timber arches, nail holes filled and sanded. Arches painted both sides with 2 coats of Dulux exterior 1/4 lexicon paint. Also the 2 small vertical posts that are in the garden bed, in first pic on either side of 2 of the arches needs painting too. Paint and filler provided. You'll need your own brushes and dust sheets. Paint front of terrace house in Bondi Junction. It’s just been pressure washed. Roof, parapet and top of awning has been painted. Prep- Needs a little bit of scraping and filling in. (Photos) Old veranda awning has some rust holes and they need to be patched somehow and painted on the underside. (Photos) Crack to be patched on front facing boundary wall. Front door and grille in black. French doors and windows and grilles in white. ( these have some bubbling paint that needs to be scraped back. ) 2 coats of dulux weather shield Surfmist.
