The boards below the roof gutters (at the end of the eaves) and the triangle of the gabled roof needs to be painted with the original paint colours. Note: No painting of gutters required, as they were replaced recently with re-painted gutters and no vertical posts need to be re-painted.

I need someone experienced with painting metal/Colorbond-type cladding to prep and respray the exterior of my shed/studio for a fresh, even finish (new colour). Photos: Attached (current condition). Apply correct metal bonding/etch primer where required (especially on any bare metal). 6. 2 top coats exterior metal paint (spray preferred for uniform finish, but open to best method). 7. Clean-up and dispose of masking materials. Important: This is a proper repaint, not a quick single coat over the top. Looking for good adhesion and a clean, consistent finish. Paint / materials: - Please quote labour only and labour + supply (two options). - If you supply paint, include brand/system you’ll use (primer + top coat), and provide receipts. - If I supply paint, tell me exactly what to buy (quantity + primer/topcoat type). Outside cement steps leading to front door need repainting. The old paint is in poor condition and needs repair. There are 14 steps, a small landing at top and a slightly larger flat area at bottom.

My house is currently vacated with no moveable furniture present. It needs paint both outside and inside. One coat of paint should suffice. There may be small number of isolated areas that require another coat of paint. On the outside, house is brick veneer which doesnt need to be painted. Gutters and downpipe doesn't need to be painted. However, the fascia does. As do the beams and the porch. On the inside, it's a two storey property with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ceilings, walls, doors, woodworks. Stairs excluded.

There are some crack and loss surfaces need to be patched.
