Date and location Date: Saturday evening in early January (exact date to be confirmed) Time: Arrive to set up around sunset (approximately 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm depending on sunset time) Location: Sea World Drive, Gold Coast, waterfront park area, positioned to face west for sunset views Scope of work Picnic setup You will arrive early and set up a neat, premium picnic layout including: Blanket and cushions (I will supply) My supplied flowers arranged nicely for presentation My supplied cutlery and glassware set out and ready Food and drinks coordination and service Place and coordinate an Uber Eats order (I will nominate the meal type, or you can recommend options) Ensure the Uber Eats delivery is received on time, brought to the picnic area, and served neatly to us Provide drinks (please propose options and costs in your offer) Pack down After dinner, pack down the picnic setup and ensure the area is left clean and tidy Return all supplied items to me Budget and payment I will pay you for your service and organisation time I will also cover the Uber Eats meal cost in full Please include your service fee and any proposed drinks cost in your Airtasker offer I will supply the blanket, cushions, cutlery, glassware, flowers, and any picnic hardware needed.
