We’re hosting our baby’s first birthday party at our home (half inside the house,half in the courtyard) and looking for a friendly, reliable helper / helpers around 4–5 hours. Date: Sunday 12th October 10.30-3.30 approx Location: Dolls Point Guests: approx 20 adults and 7 babies Food: mostly catered finger food Tasks include: • Arrive 1 hour before party to help set up with balloons , decor any final adjustments • Set up food, drinks, plates, napkins, etc. • continuously serve food and offer drinks to guests • Keep tables and areas tidy throughout the event Load the dishwasher • Take casual photos during the party • Assist with cake cutting and serving • Pack up leftover food and help clean up after • Empty bins and wipe down surfaces • Help greet guest show where the bathroom is. Ideal person: experienced, Friendly, organised, comfortable with babies (all 1 year old) , and enjoys helping make events run smoothly.
