We need an experienced podcast/video person to come for ~2 hours and: Camera walkthrough (talking-head/podcast): framing, focus, exposure, frame rate, settings for indoor filming Lighting setup: recommend and position key/fill/back lights for a clean, professional look Audio setup: mic choice/placement, levels, basic room sound tips (echo/noise), monitoring Recording workflow: how to record video + audio reliably (including sync if separate), file naming + backups Test run: record a 5–10 minute test clip, review it with us, and leave us a simple checklist we can repeat. I am looking into wedding clean up/pack down services. Our wedding finishes at 9pm and the venue (Curzon Hall) has allowed us strictly 1hr for bump out. There won't be a lot to pack away as we only need to pack up what we brought in, the staff at curzon hall will handle the food and waste related to what they have provided. What will need to be packed down on our end is florals, table cards, menu cards, table numbers, signage, and leftover bonbonnieres.
