This is for an at home engagement party that I require help for little things throughout the night like refilling drink cartages and cleaning reusable glasses just keeping everything smooth sailing and organised basically. Everything will already be set up and it’s just maintained basically. Event starts at around 4:30 and would go until late. I’m thinking the task would be ongoing until about 10:30/11pm.

Serve food and top up grazing platters as needed. Collect used glasses and plates throughout the evening. Wash dishes/load dishwasher as required. Wipe benches and keep the kitchen and entertaining areas clean. Empty rubbish when needed. Clean and restock the guest bathroom during the event if required. Pack away leftovers and leave the apartment clean and tidy before finishing. I'm looking for someone who is: Friendly and well presented. Experienced with private events. Proactive and able to work independently without constant direction. Comfortable interacting with guests while maintaining a professional attitude. We have a stall at the Good Food and Wine festival at the convention centre in Darling Harbour. We require one person to assist lifting 15kg boxes off pallets. The pallets are delivered to our booth but we need help moving them off the pallet and onto tables. General assistance setting the tables up is also required (really just need some muscle for 2 hours max!)
