Muhammad and his team was really fast in doing my end of lease clean and it was a great job. However they were over 3 hours late and wasn't being honest in their communication. If they had to reschedule to a later time, we would be ok with it, but they kept telling us they were on their way when in fact they were still finishing their previous job, which was an hour drive away. We had to reshuffle our plans to accommodate our agreed time, so it was poor of him to not tell us he was going to be late or tell us he can come at a later time, and we didn't know if they were going to come or not. Otherwise, job was completed really fast and really well.

Upstairs bedrooms ONLY NEED LIGHT VACUME. It is freshly painted with brand new carpet. 2 x upstairs bathrooms need deep cleaning only Downstairs (entry way, kitchen, living room, laundry/bathroom) needs deep cleaning (end of lease clean). Including skirting boards, cupboards etc. The oven does NOT need cleaning (it is broken and being replaced). The floors are tiled. We would prefer a sole trader : to know exactly who will be cleaning the house. Must be available Wednesday Feb 4 to clean, we cannot do another day. Home owner will be present to oversee the cleaning. I don’t have photos of every room, but spaces all are similar. The price is reflective of the fact that we do not need the bedrooms or common area cleaned and don’t need the oven cleaned either. Overall is good. Better message them to confirm the time 1-2 days before the day. They changed the time 2 hours earlier when we send the confirmation message to them the night before the day. Overall the work is good. Still need to check the details when they finished, few things need to be fine tuned by ourself after. However, considering the cost it is well worth it. All our big windows are so clean!
