Existing shadow line roof was cut to install new tiles, which has left a gap between the gyprock and the tiles. Would like to fill the shadow line so that roof is flush with the tiles - no gap. It would be all four sides - roof is 1.6m x 2.4m.

Old steps need to be replaced or reinforced and an additional 2 steps need to be built at the bottom. Some concrete needs to be removed in order to do this

Hi, I am looking at doing some minor renovations for my tiny laundry room to create a little more space. I need to relocate the taps that have been installed above bench top height to a different location. I'm flexible on where they go. I need them relocated out of sight, as the hoses for the washing machine look awful, and I will be installing a new bench top and cabinetry.

Two ceiling fans, and three pendant lights need to replace old ceiling lights in my rental unit. It is on the top (3rd) floor of 30s apartment block. Can use access to roof space through ceiling in fire escape if needed.

Hey there I have an old (15-20 years) valve amplifier for a vinyl set up. I had it repaired at Len Wallis but they didn't fix it. Not sure what is wrong with it but when I plugged it in smoke billowed out of it and instantly stopped working. Was my fathers and would love to get it working again. All of the valves are new it's definately an internal issue. . Cheers!

Repair or replace 2 shower taps. Shower has been dripping for some time, cold tap stopped turning & wouldn’t shut off. I’ve removed tap cover & used a wrench to turn the tap off for now. If repairable, happy for repairs. Cold tap is the one stuck, but okay to check or replace both taps. Ideally around midday Friday. Up one flight of stairs/lift is broken.
