I’m looking for an experienced stone restoration / granite honing professional to re-hone existing Uba Tuba granite to a true matte finish in a kitchen and two bathrooms. This is for rental reinstatement. The goal is a clean, durable, low-sheen matte finish — not decorative, glossy, or colour-enhanced. Just need the circuit board for my standing desk re-soldered. I tripped over the cord and screwed it up. I unsoldered it and cleaned it up, but it’s too finicky for my amateur self to put back together because there isn’t a lot of wire left, and it needs to go through the back of the plastic unit that holds the circuit board (see picture 2).

I’m starting a kitchen and laundry renovation and qualified plumber to cut off water to the existing sinks and taps disconnected. No new fixtures need installing yet — just need everything safely capped and ready for the renovation work. This includes a kitchen and a laundry + reverse osmosis tank system.

We are looking for some electrical work in the house. Replacing wall switches and HVAC with smart ones, adding in heat lamps to the bathrooms and wiring in some lights. Setup is all manual switches and oldish HVAC system. Looking to make it smart using my connected Home Assistant and ZigBee setup. 1.
