Need plumbing work to fix the leaking cold water tap and loosen hot water tap in the laundry room. The picture has been attached.

I’m looking for someone with the know how to replace 2 timber stumps that have become loose and possibly 1 or two more to atleast re secure them to the existing bearers due to a lean. There are 2 areas of the house that has sunk and would like them lifted and made secure. Access for the first 2 is easy and pretty straight forward and the other is about 5 meters under the house. Access is good and there should be plenty of room to work with. The existing first 2 stumps measure just under 800mm (exposed). You will need to bring a Jack or mini prop of some sort and stump packers with you along with the rest of the gear you will need. (The first and 3rd photo show the next stump (with level) from the crawl space access just after the main 2 and the leaning stump is the one 5m in)

Our older shower has some shower taps that need replacing - at the moment they are leaking and water is dripping from the shower head. We have bought the replacement taps and are looking for someone to help install them.

We had foundation lifted few years ago but need to repair some of the cracks. Ceiling crack (we still have the same paint) The door is getting stuck Some gaps between floor and cabinet And just minor painting (see photo)

It seems like the right side of the headphones is broken. The speakers still works but I’m too nervous to bend it much. It would be a bonus if the hear muffler can be replaced as well. If you need more details I’m happy to provide more. Thanks
