I'm looking to replace the current exposed hot and cold laundry taps with a recessed laundry outlet box (something like this: https://www.plumbersupplies.com.au/products/laundry-outlet-box). Scope of work includes: - Remove existing wall-mounted hot and cold washing machine taps - Cut into plasterboard to install and mount the new recessed outlet box - Extend/adapt copper pipes as needed to connect to the new box fittings - Secure the outlet box in place between studs or with suitable mounting - Seal the unit and leave wall ready for patching (or patch if possible).

The padded parts have deteriorated and wondered if they can be replaced

There are a number of painting touchups on walls, ceilings and other places, holes in walls that need to be fixed up including one wall in particular, a relatively large plaster panel needs to be replaced, I need all hooks and anything adhesive taken off the walls, also need doors fitted back on, some doorhandles changed over and if available within the same service, I need a deep Vacate Clean. I'm looking for a painter to help with some paint chip touch-up jobs. Our two-bedroom unit has several paint chips on some walls and ceilings in our living, common bedroom, master bedroom and bathroom. The chip itself is small, sized around 1cm - 3cm. Except in the bathroom where it's rather long. We don't need to paint the whole wall or ceiling, just touch up the chips.
