I need help with 18m of electrical trenches. I have already started but unable to complete due to injury. It needs to be 600mm deep. I've already taken 150-200mm off across most of the yard. And further in a few places. Has to be hand dug due to limited site access. All tools available including jackhammer with spade bit to break up the Adelaide clay. Trenching does not need to be perfect. But good enough for the electrician to work with. It will be backfilled with the original soil after the electrical work is completed. Pictures show the work completed and remaining. Soil does not need to be moved, just placed neatly besides the trench. Job needs to be completed on Tuesday 7th. Just need a full day's work, 8 X $35 per hour.

There is a leak (and noise) recently coming from the little device underneath the AC in the smaller bedroom. When AC main switch off and it stops. The second spilt system isn't blowing cold air due to a dust blockage. Might need to check dust blockage on the third unit also. Sumsung air conditioner needs installation

I need to replace couple of down lights in my property. I will provide the replacement lights. The power point is hard to access through the small hole of the down light and requires replacing them via the roof. I replaced one of them that was easy accessible via the hole.
