Replacement light , power point downlight so on

I need someone to go into my attic and replace 10 LED downlights with 10 new downlights. All downlights come with plugs. No wiring nor any other electrical works. Happy to supply the ladder and give a hand from ground level.

Replacing two electrical switches & socket

Someone to help install a new instantaneous gas water heater to replace the old unit. I will supply the unit, need installation service only. Internal unit water leaking and when turn on hot water, the unit is noisy. Old unit is Rheem 876T26NF - wall mounted on side of my house. I want to replace it with a new Rheem 876A26NF-LF.
