Some of our bedrooms lights not working

Hi I am Looking for a qualified electrician that can work in the Queanbeyan area.The job is in a unit anything that is electrical that needs to be disconnected prior to painting and reconnected after the painter is finished. The roof vanity is empty no insulation. Walls are solid. A seperate price on the following, installation of a IXL tastic or similar to replace the light in bathroom but there is already an exhaust fan seperate to the light in there at the moment(pls see pic) what do you suggest? And a separate quote for the following and anything else you can see from the pictures I did not mention light switches,any switches,heaters,etc you pls zoom in on photos and tell me. Just to allow painter to paint the walls and ceilings Anything attached to tiles that won’t be painted don’t need to be touched. So pls quote me on Disconnection of exhaust X 2, Disconnect surface light X 8, Disconnect GPO X 6, Disconnect oven X1  And Supply and install new exhaust fan same size *Supply and install of 250mm Clipsal Airflow Exhaust Fan (Part No. Clipsal Airflow CE250) X 2, Reinstall existing light fittings X 8, Reinstall GPO X 6, Install new oven X 1 (same wiring) Hope to hear from you soon Thx Sam More Pictures available if requested for a proper quote.
