Need to replace 3 ceiling fans and replace with new fans. 4 down lights (same switch) aren’t working, and would like this rectified. Budget is for Labour - Not for buying fans and down lights

I live in apartment in Nundah. I require a qualified electrician to install 3 x ceiling fans (with lights) 4 x downlights and 1 x track light set. This will involve removing the existing light fixtures. The fixtures have all been purchased and are just waiting for installation.

I recently had my bathrooms renovated and we need someone to do the remaining electrical fit-off. All the cables were installed by a licensed electrician contracted by the builder and I installed all the brackets and did all the cutouts. The only thing left to do is to install the switches, power points and lights. Need to fix 4 power pints

Broken hinges on cupboard door and toilet seat. Crack in plaster where light fitting attaches to ceiling.

I have purchased 3 Calibo cloudfans and 2 wall controllers (1 fan will go without the wall controller in the living room).1 fan is replacing an old fan in the office, and the other 2 are replacing oyster lights, in the living room and bedroom.
