We haven’t had our 2 down lights over our deck work for some time. We’ve replaced the lights recently and still not turning on. It’s a single switch next to the 2 lights.

I've recently moved house and there is no NBN connection point inside the property. NBN/Aussie Broadband have confirmed there is a connection, so I need a licensed technician to install a wall socket. Single story house Images below of cable and NBN box. Install a light fitting on older home in downlighting hole. May need to be earthed.

Need someone to install an additional power point behind the work desk at home. There is a dummy board behind the desk (photos attached). There is a power outlet in the room but there is a door in between the power outlet and desk.

(Throughout lounge, kitchen and hallway) Replace with, installing 20 down lights throughout my single story unit. - Replace existing flush ceiling light with new flush ceiling light (toilet) - Replace existing pendent light with new pendent light (in bedrooms) x2 - Most likely will need a new connection made for each downlight and you’ll probably need to plaster where you remove lighting that needs it. I’ll provide the LED down-lights and new lights for bedrooms and toilet. You’ll need your own tools, must be a qualified electrician, (don’t bother if you’re not qualified because I will check), I’ll supply everything. I’ll pay for your services! One-storey house, requires some maintenance. 1. Filling around windows/doorframes, where there are excessive gaps between frames and brickwork. 2. Sealant - around architraves and skirting and doors, probably a run of silicon in many areas including all around showers, shower base, especially round the skirtings in the toilets, across bench tops, vanities, vanity tops, tile splashbacks, around sink and tiles. 3. Re-Painting - the sill of the laundry door and the sill of the dining room sliding door. The architrave and window frame around the laundry trough, and the architrave and window frame at the kitchen need to be painted in a high-gloss paint. As above but still leave the old connection in the room where it is located now just in case I want to move it back there

Need a new lock fitted to front door - entrance set supplied. The holes match up with the current ones at the back. And a new retractable hose fitted to a brick wall.

I have a gazebo with a metal frame to be constructed. It is covered with a canopy for shade. Would realistically need someone to do the main job and a second pair of hands would help

The main job the place where the fridge is to go the is to small so the end board needs to be cut for it to fit. Also need a couple of towel racks to put up and a couple of shelves put up.
